To access your electronic resources or downloads after purchasing, simply follow the instructions below.

How to Download Your Electronic Products
- Login to the Group.com store with the email address and password associated with your account.
- Click on the "My Account" link then choose "Order History" to view your past orders.
- Click on the order number that's related to your electronic document purchase to view the details of your purchase.
- Click on the "here" or "download" link next to the document you'd like to download, and a pop-up window will guide you on the document download process.
Accessing LIVE Curriculum
You will receive an email containing a link and your login for the LIVE Curriculum site.
Accessing Children's Ministry Magazine or Group Magazine Subscriptions
Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive. International orders will take additional time to arrive.
Accessing MyYM.com
If you ordered items from MyYM/YouthMinistry.com, the files will be attached to a separate email sent to you from info@group.com with the subject line "Your Life-Changing MyYM Resources".
Accessing Parent Link Children or Teen Subscriptions
You will receive an email containing a link and your login for the Parent Link site.
PreachingPlus.com and MinistryAndMedia.com Subscriptions
Visit the Log in with the same information you used on group.com when you ordered.
Check Order Status
- Log in to the Group.com store with the email address and password associated with your account.
- Click on the "My Account" link then choose "Order History" to view your past orders.
- Click on the order number to view the details of your purchase.
- Click on the "Shipment Details" icon to view the shipping details and tracking information.
- Update Password or View Standing Order Info
- If you'd like to change your password or view/change your Standing Order information, click "My Account" link then choose "My Profile" to access your profile page.
