Trade Return Policy
For wholesale partners.
Non-Dated Merchandise
We'll gladly credit your account for returns of all non-dated
resources, in saleable condition, after 90 days from the date of
invoice. Please include your invoice with the return in order to
receive full credit. If invoices are not included with the
return, your account will be credited 50% of Retail Price.
Dated Curriculum Return Dates
We will accept all physical returns of dated Sunday School
resources for 100% credit if shipped by the following dates:
- Current spring quarter by May 1st
- Current summer quarter by August 1st
- Current fall quarter by November 1st
- Current winter quarter by February 1st
Vacation Bible School Return Dates
All VBS resources must be postmarked to Group by the following
deadlines for 100% credit:
Sky & Babylon VBS by September 7, 2012
Rocky Point Lighthouse Weekend VBS by November 9, 2012
Please ensure resources are shipped by the above dates, since
returns shipped after these deadlines will not qualify for credit.
Please keep shipping/tracking information in the event we need to
validate ship date. Resources must be in saleable condition and
multi-item packages must not be opened. Resources received by
Group, but do not qualify for credit will not be returned.
Please pack resources carefully and ship all returns to Group
Publishing Returns, 1615 Cascade Ave., Loveland, CO 80538.
Wholesaler is responsible for shipping costs.
