Frequently Asked Questions
No. You can buy just the book or just the PowerPaks—both stand alone. But the real beauty is in the pairing!
You will need one PowerPak per family. PowerPaks are sold in packs of 10, which will serve 10 families. (Yes, that means it’s just $3.79 per family!)
While there aren’t lessons, there are plans for church-wide family events, worship services, and outreach activities for all four seasons of the year. Each plan centers on a key Bible verse and Bible theme that are relevant to family life. Those verses and themes are also included through the various activities and devotions in the Team Family PowerPaks (PowerPaks are designed to equip families to grow their faith and relationships at home, together).
There are two fabric backdrops per season. One sets the environment and is great for a stage background or entryway. The other is a photo-op, which is smaller and shows the seasonal theme.
It’s important to note that the Team Family event ideas are fun, themed, family-based stations/activities that could be added to any event a church is planning. We don’t provide a fully scripted event because many churches report doing family events that are more free flowing rather than scripted. Our goal was to give churches a way to be more intentional with relationship-building at their events—which is why we include these interactive stations for families to enjoy together. Therefore, the length of the event is completely up to the church. For each season, we have included six different station ideas complete with instructions, setup/decorating, and supply lists. Some activities may take a family 10 minutes, while some will take longer. If a church plans to set up all six stations, this will take up to 90 minutes for families to rotate through all of them.
Different from the event ideas, the worship service events ARE fully scripted. These services/celebrations are designed for intergenerational worship and to last around an hour.

Team Family is for all families with kids ranging from preschool to teenagers. While each age level will have different takeaways, all ages will grow in their faith together.
